This executive family home, is located at Indian Point which is a mere 15 minutes to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location. All other major theme parks are easily accessible. The large extended poolside and patio furniture offers complete privacy and luxury for these idyllic lazy days away from the theme parks.
The villa offers over 1800 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 large bedrooms including a poolside master suite, a spacious sitting area and 2 dining areas. The upgraded pool overlooks a lake and is fully screened to keep the biting insects out but still allow the wonderful rays in.
For keen golfers the villa is 10 minutes from several golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate 36 hole award winning course. For shoppers, the designer malls are nearby. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa.
